Dropped 2/10 of a pound today after my eating out challenges yesterday - I know that is just like staying the same, and I was happy. Need to stay completely on track today. I have my annual physical with the doctor tomorrow. I really hate getting on that scale! Hopefully it will keep me on the straight and narrow today!
