Despite a really challenging restaurant for lunch yesterday, I recovered - did a long workout and got back on track. Funny, that seems to be the hardest part - when I go off to get right back on. Today - I have been 100% on plan so far. Yes, the day is only 1/2 over, but I will take it minute by minute. So, here is a question - is there anything wrong with having a lot of sugar free gum so that you don't eat anything?
