I've been able to workout everyday this week so far but today. Some family issues kinda of threw me off schedule. I was able to eat pretty clean today. We were out on the road so MC D's was the lunch spot. I really hate Mc D's so had to force myself to get something. Tried the grilled chick n ranch wrap. Hated It! (in my in living color voice with 2 snaps) Can't seem to get past food inc and the youtube videos of how they treat their chickens. So ended up eating trail mix from the hospital vending machine for lunch. :-/
