Well - it is Monday - and I had a great weekend. I feel like I am getting some momentum to be back on track. Unfortunately, I have to meet a colleague for lunch today - and I don't think I will have many good choices. I will do my best and make sure I get a good workout in! Can't wait to start two challenges - one today and one tomorrow. Hope it will keep me motivated through the holidays!
