First 10 lbs gone. Very happy!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! Stuck with it a full 7 days. I feel good, starting to get a bit constipated though. Going to try to eat more fiber... Any ideas?

You don't actually need more fiber necessarily. Fiber is only really needed in the presence of carbs. I find eating more fat helps to get things moving very quickly. Try adding butter to things you already eat, and make sure you fat percentage is higher than your protein.
