I am going to try Trim Healthy Mama (THM). So far, I have only pre-soaked my oatmeal the night before and am currently having a snack of 0% Greek yogurt with just fruit jelly w/fiber. I bought vegetables, cottage, flax meal, organic whey protein today and plan to buy some salmon filets at Aldi. I also want to buy some raw nuts.

I'm going to have a salad tomorrow for lunch that incorporates cottage cheese, celery, toasted nuts and other ingredients.
