It is so hard to stay on track. I wanted a piece of chocolate cake today with icing just because. I know that losing weight is a task that many of us have trouble with even more when we reach our 40's. I am determind to lose this weight and keep it off this time. No matter what it takes. I will workout 4 to 5 times a week and eat only the good stuff. Maybe every now and then I will treat myself to a small gift of the bad stuff. But my main goal is to get back down to 180 right now and work on the 160. Help me Lord with this struggle for it is real hard. I need your help Lord only you can help me like you did with the smoking. I am counting on you Lord to bring me through.
