I'm feeling good. Getting back into the exercise mode. Once I'm in it, I'm good. I'll work out 6 days a week and be very motivated. It's only when I fall off that I get frustrated and can't find my way back into the groove. So now that I'm on the wagon I'm staying on. The week Thanksgiving break will give me the opportunity to amp up my workouts even more. I will be down to 185 by Thanksgiving!!
