What a great workout with my trainer on yesterday. Even did my measurements and found out that I have lost 17%of body fat and have gained 6%muscle. My trainer indicated the scale does not dictate what I have done, because I have gained muscle and I'm doing quite well. I love the fact that my stamina is steadily increasing. woohoo!
Had a very good circuit training this morning toooo. Weekend Warrior class is the best!
