I have not been on plan but stay aware of what I am eating. I have managed to maintain my weight which is a victory in and of itself.
I cannot continue long term on Atkins, it is just too restrictive.
I am hoping I can find a way to lose. I know it will happen.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
