No weight loss today, but that is probably what can be expected after the massive weight loss yesterday - almost three pounds! I am amazed how well my weight loss is going. Life is good!
317.7 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
