Ok today is the official weigh in of my "biggest loser challenge" at my gym. I weighed myself this morning in my birthday suit because I've heard that the morning is your actual true weight. I lost 5.30lbs making that 11.90 in total. My weight report said that at the rate I'm losing, it should take me 3 weeks to get to my goal weight. I'm thinking that when I did a challenge it recorded my weight as the same on 11/1/10, so when I put in my weight today it's thinking I lost that amount of weight in that little time frame from 11/1/10. Hmmmmmmm I knew it was too good to be true, I must admit it sparked the motivation to just think if I can lose the additional 46.30 lbs in 3 weeks!

I'm sure the amount I lost will be slightly higher by weigh in time as it's at the end of the day and I would have eaten by then.
