Today is just a k@k day... Had a terrible lunch binge, feeling guilty as hell, but i'll pick up the pieces tomorrow and life will go on.... Maybe a extra bit of punishment in the gym will help.Can so kick myself in the balls (if I had any!!) right now!!!! *** super pissed at myself!***
