Super frustration and mild panic has set in. Struggling to keep the balance between work, gym, studies and basic every day chores and life... No me time, no think time, no chill time.. First time i'm saying a silent prayer out of thanks for not having kids!!

Gym should be "me time" :) i work, gym and play hockey. just needs to be fun. on your off day, take the whole day for yourself. thats my cheat meal day aswell :)

LOL trying my very bestest, but the other half is already complaining about neglect.. Gym time is still a little bit less than complete fun at the moment cuz my fitness levels are obviously up so shit... I soooooooooo need a night of excessive tequila that leaves me pants less on the floor making out with a shoe...
