After the revelation of no more 12W slacks at Talbots, I knew it was time to get my eating and exercise under control. Started last Wednesday (October 22, 2008) with the 2 week start up for South Beach to get my eating under control. I really do best on a low calorie diet which is what I plan to do once I feel like my sugar cravings are tampered. So far so good.
