I survived the holiday and did not bomb it! The scales aren't moving but my measurements have...so that is good. However, I think I am going to do a couple of days of fat fasting...we will see...LOL!
Strike that. I still trying to watch my fats but going to try to cut my cheeses out and see if that makes a difference. I do not have too many but I could stand to cut out some dairy...using vinaigrette and olive oil for my salad...that will be a challenge for me! Cutting out the heavy cream in my coffee for a few days. I will see if this effects the scales in a positive manner.

Great job!! Holiday weekends are rough, but it's such a great feeling when you've made it through them! I think by what you've suggested that you are going to do is a good idea. That's how I've learned what I can/can't eat a lot of. How else can you learn? lol Trial and error is what I always say.
