This is just horrible,so yesterday morning woke up stood up out of bed and there once again VERDIGO this is the 4th time since 2009 that ive had this. I am so glad that today I can see straight. i spent yesterday in bed and I cant lay on my right side because i get really dizzy and upset feeling. Today I have to take it easy so I guess my 5000 steps will have to wait until I can get my balance,tomorrow will be a better day (I tell myself)
