Well, this morning my crappy eating totally caught up with me. Stomach aches, nauseated, headache, everything. Couldn't even stomach food at my usual breakfast time. Luckily, I had packed myself a very healthy smattering of foods for work and I'm already feeling better!! I'm still waaay low on what I should eat today (didn't eat my packed fruit/nuts/cheese stick for snack today because i couldn't stomach breakfast until 10AM, which pushed everything 3-4 hours back.
