Getting closer to the 160s! I think the last time I saw those numbers was back in 1989.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 October 2010:
1507 kcal Fat: 66.21g | Prot: 121.53g | Carb: 110.09g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, raisin, oatmeal. Lunch: gorgonzola cheese, spinach, tomato, pinto beans, greenwise ground chuck. Dinner: ginger salad, miso soup, sashimi, sashimi. Snacks/Other: apple. more...

Way to go! What is Mr. Coco saying about this? I plateaued just before the 160's - very frustrating

Oh snap! Gotta love crossing into a whole new multiple of 10. I'm already past the point where I remember being this weight at some point in history, lol. You are knockin on the door of those 160s woman! Woo hoo!

Thanks for the support guys! I really appreciate it! Mr Coco never says much about my appearance one way or the other. Probably because I don't take compliments well in person.
