My official starting weight for September is 182.4.... up a little, but I had steak for dinner and too many carbs yesterday. It is still no excuse.

I have 2 goals for September....

1. Get to 175 by September 30th.
2. Go to the gym 2x-3x a week.

I figured that I would start small.... that I would see more results with focused goals and not large overwhelming ones. I go back to work on Tuesday, so some rigidity will be added to my schedule and it looks like I will only be taking one online class this semester, so it should be pretty stress-free (I can only hope!)

I reset my calorie count to reflect this as well.
