On August 28, I weighed 187.6. As of August 30, I was down to 181.2.... I have gotten to my goal of 2 pounds in a week and then some. Granted much of it was water weight, but it is what it is. I am happy to see the scale go down.

My goal for September is 175. By September 30th, I want to weigh 175 or Less. I think that I can do that! That is 6.2 pounds to lose in 30 days. It is going to take hard work and getting back to the gym, but I can do it and I am worth it!

I have been down this road before and I want to be that skinny and sexy woman I once was. I am not even trying to be 110 pounds again. My ultimate goal is 145. Exactly 60+ lbs down from my highest weight of 205 pounds. I know that I can do this. I am not putting a time limit on my weight loss, I just want to lose a little more month until I reach my goal. This is not a race, it is a lifestyle change. I got this!
