Well so far so good. I havent had any alcohol in 2 weeks,I have been drinking plenty of water,Ive been watching my intake but refuse to call this a diet since the last time i vas on a diet I did lose the weight I was 20lbs from my goal and I started drinking again and eating badly. I am juicing now and eating more vegtables and having ocasional bread. thats another weakness. Once my grandaughter starts school next week I plan to start my days with a long walk after dropping her off at school, since we will be walking to school.
