Make a plan. There's a saying "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." If you are new to WW, read all your materials. Then read them again. Have fruits and cut up veggies on hand. Find a couple of breakfasts and lunches you enjoy and figure out the points for. It's a good way to start, so your not constantly looking up the points. Plan your dinners on Sunday.
