La comida de ayer me gustó tanto que hoy repito pero incluyendo legumbres. En vez de brócoli, berenjena con garbanzos, tomate frito y aceitunas.

I liked yesterday's lunch so much that I am repeating the same today, but including legumes. Instead of broccoli, I am having eggplant with chickpeas, tomato sauce and olives.

I discovered using chickpeas this last year! So good for you and so many uses! My pressure pot is a great help to make them so good! You have a lovely lunch again! ❤️

Yes, Melissa 🙌🏻 Chickpeas are so versatile! This week, I want to cook falafel with chickpea/gram flour. They are easy to prepare, tasty and healthy, and the children love eating almost anything with a ball or patty shape 😄
