Still trying not to lose hope. I know i never loose for more that one week when under 1200-1300 cal. but i still tried to keep this or under.for the past 3 weeks. with the exception of two days i spent in pittsburg which was when i tried to (shock) my body into forgetting i was trying to starve it . I have been doing well with my caloric numbers. But the bottom line is I don't exercise and it is killing me . So new plan give my body the calories it needs, eat every 3 hours,and exercise. Lets see what happens now.
