Despite TOM the scale has moved some. I am proud of myself as I feel like I was much more in control of my cravings for sweets. I am sure it may have had something to do with the high fat 'pudding' that I made. Yay I am back on track!!!
200.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
