I am down 4 lbs. I am very excited. I think the first few weeks was a prep phase for my body....kinda letting it know that my mind was made up and my body needs to adhere to new rules and regs!! lol Anyway, that's how I see it. I'm running for weight loss now. I read that staying within my target heart rate will butn more calories, I have done that when running and it does work. I've been able to run longer and feel better about running. I love to run! Looking forward to next weeks weight loss!!
