Happy birthday. Glad to see you are losing weight also. Did you know that when you look at your diet calendar if you click on view full results on the right it will give you your average daily calories you ate for the month? I just figured that out today. Yours looks to be pretty good, 1530 per day. Actually you may, believe it or not, lose more weight by keeping up a little higher at about 1800 a day. I weigh 246. I try to maintain about 1700 calories a day. It seams to work best. Any less and I don't seam to loose weight as well.

Thanks for the hint, CG! I checked it out, and you are right. I think one of my "problems" losing weight is that I get focused on it - almost too much - and I really want to do good. My "law" is that I will not go above 2000 cal per day, even if I am recommended 2900 cal. 2900 sounds almost inaccomplishable unless I start doing stupid choices and I want to avoid doing that, of course. So I stay at 2000 and things are moving fast! But as you pointed out, I tend to not reach it, simply because I am satisfied and full and really don't need more. Why should we have to eat "bad" when we are already done eating, right? :) And thanks for the birthday greeting! Today was a great day!
