I only seem to lose a pound or more quickly when I cut calories down to 500 for at least one day per week. The rest of the time, I vary between 750 and 1100 calories per day.

I think inadvertently I sabotaged myself trying to keep my weight loss patterns "healthy" when intermittent fasting as it turns out is actually good for you if you are doing it in a way compatible with your metabolism and health.
