Thought I wouldn't "make weight" this week. But it seems that with football starting, and an aggressive coaching style I'm burning more calories than I thought.

Today, I splurged. (drank a bit). .... a friend is in the hospital and we had a fund raiser to cover her bills. Shots were bought and consumed..

Keep rolling...
277.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

go hard during the week, be dilligent and strict, one day on the weekend indulge but don't get crazy. its good for you mentally and wont derail your progress.
