Wow!!! Weightloss has really slowed down. I am blaming it on the strenght training with weights. I keep telling myself "muscles weigh more than fat"!

Well strength training will cause muscles to retain water (they get little tears and water replaces to help them heal). it can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss, or slower loss. You will lose fat and go down in fat faster than if you didn't exercise. You are doing great.
