This morning, the last 2 miles of my 5 mile walk my body was sputtering lol! I know it's bc I decreased my daily grams of Iso-100 protein drink but oh well! I kept calm and carried on lol! Feeling blessed and ready for the rest of my Friday! :D
2 more pounds obliterated! I forgot to mention I'm down another jean size too! Keeping my focus, staying positive, and counting my calories. I'm doing this for me and no one else which is why it feels so dang great! Hard work and dedication does pay off. :D
