NO MORE THAN 1500 MG OF SODIUM PER DAY! DROP THE DIET SODAS! DIET COKE HAS 60 MG PER BOTTLE. COKE ZERO HAS 40 IN ONE CAN!!!! DROP THE SODIUM DROP THE WEIGHT.

SUGAR INTAKE RECOMMENDATION IS 20GRAMS PER DAY, WHICH IS 5 TSP!!!


RECOMMENDED CALORIE INTAKE IS 1200 WHEN NOT WORKING OUT AND 1500-2000 WHEN I KICK BOX.
