Thats amazing, i just read what you ate for the day and then i read the frozen pizza box and i ate more in 5 minutes than you ate all day. I think i need to try a bit harder. Its inspiring to see how people do it.

I second Glen's recommendation re: a maintenance plan, at least for a while. My diet guru when I was in my teens (and if that's not a sad phrase, I don't know what is!) was Dr. Barbara Edelstein, author of "The Woman Doctor's Diet for Women" and "The Woman Doctor's Diet for Teenage Girls". IIRC, her diet was what we would call a "sensible" diet, i.e. low carb, low fat, count your calories -- but never mind about that, because what's relevant here is something she said that has always stuck with me (I'm paraphrasing): "You lose weight from the top down, and then you redistribute it from the bottom up." She went on to explain that in the beginning this is mostly perceptual: If you lose fat all over your body, it'll be most noticeable in the places where you have the least of it, i.e. your face and, unless you're extremely well-endowed (I'm not!), your bust. This is IMHO a huge bummer! But fortunately, it's only short-term: IIRC, Dr. Edelstein goes on to say that if you maintain your new weight for a few weeks or months, your face and upper body will begin to fill out again as your body adjusts. (Face and boobs are probably what our husbands look at most anyway, right? ;) )

Lexy you are cute - that's funny. And Glen, I somehow uploaded a profile pic but I have no idea how you upload pics into a journal entry. I need instructions deigned for a 6 year old. Mary, that is really interesting and stuff that I never knew before. I am so scared of bouncing back up because I have done it so many times. I have never stayed at goal weight for long. Maybe if I get past redistribution mode I'll be over the hump, so to speak?

My husband just doesn't want me to lose my butt. But I have to be happy with my body for me & not others & as long as I'm healthy I don't see why I should stop. Keep healthy & be happy with yourself.
