I have been having a very difficult time because I am flipping between Weight Watchers (because I am paying for the etools) and this site. I cant count calories and points at the same time because I end up giving up. I have to decide which plan to follow.
I knwo that I have been successful on WW but I also know that counting points is far more difficult than counting calories. Once I get going, I memorize points and calculate them well.
However, I now have a droid phone and I have asked WW when they will put their mobile app on droid and they said they had no plans to do so. FatSecret already has the app for my phone. So which to do?
Whatever plan I go with will work if I stick to it. My problem lately is that I am almost trying to sabotage my efforts. Three good days and then a day where I just totally blow it. I blow it without even thinking about it. It is dinner time before I even think about the plan.
Gotta get going and I gotta get going NOW! I must get a plan and stick to it. Calories or points! NOT BOTH>

Sigh.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Happened to see this as I've had success on WW and decided to start again. I have an android phone and just installed the WWDiary app. So far so good...I do wish it had a better database for foods but something is better than nothing. Yesterday I scanned the foods I ate and then entered the points when I was eating (causing me to also eat slower and get fuller quicker)
