dirtbikemom's Journal, 29 July 2013

Had a rough couple of days feeling yucky. Finally feeling better today, but weight is up about half a pound. Don't understand it because I didn't do anything different yesterday. It was quite a disappointment. I wasn't very active yesterday because I was feeling so yucky. AND I haven't used the bathroom in several days. Guessing both of those played into the increase.

Don't know how closely you've been entering everything in your diet calendar, but I've noticed that your fiber amount is almost nonexistent. That would definately explain the...err...backup you're experiencing! To show results and feel better, 12-15 carb grams a day minimum should be from leafy green and allowed-list veggies. You might want to consider some psyllium husk to help, also--just make sure it contains no sugars or excess carbs. Your sodium has also been high on several days...that can also show a temporary difference on the scale.
