Day 1 of a planned 1 days of eating

Originally I did not plan to eat today, but, the 'mental uplift' it provides in the middle of the work week caused me to change my mind.

Hopefully if I *only* have ribs with no sauce and nothing else I will come out ok πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Hi there - what's your typical fasting schedule? I am only doing baby fasting - 16:8. Then moving on to 32s. I'm a binge eater so if I feel a binge coming on sometimes I will eat dinner to head-off the problem.

Ny_shelly, I read that as 32 seconds. which is about my fasting endurance time record.

@ny_shelly - Typically I drink protein shakes in heavy cream Monday-Friday and I eat normally on the weekends. I *do not* lose weight like this, this is my 'maintenance'. To lose weight I will 'water fast' 5-7 days at a time. I can usually drop 1-2 pounds a day and only gain half of it back after a week. Rinse and repeat...
