I am joining FatSecret to assist me with my weigh loss journey. I am not the most active or healthy person, but I can become more active and healthy as time goes own to help me reach my weight loss goal of at least 50lbs. I would like to see the goal met by 11/06/11 which is my 30th birthday. I have smaller goals to reach to work towards this larger goal.

Goal 1: 10lbs before Thanksgiving (11/25/10) 6 weeks away
Goal 2: 20lbs before New Years (01/01/11) 5 weeks away

These are the first two goals I am going to fight to reach.
