Feeling much better and I know it's because I cut down on candy the last few days. The craving is still powerful though. All I have to do is stay out of stores, which I rarely visit anymore, and get Mr C to refuse my demands for sweets. I'm shameless. I beg for candy and he has never said no, probably bc unhappy wife = unhappy life for him.

I've got a good bit of office work to do today. I need to tidy up my messy papers. Mr C has to see a doc about his injured foot. The swelling still looks bad and he's getting shooting pains into his shin now.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had been in the habit of eating way too much sweets/desserts until I got back into this, so I just keep mini bite size snickers on hand as a reward/dessert and it keeps me motivated to keep my meals low enough to afford the 140 calories of three pieces. Or I can just do one instead of a full three piece serving and then it's only like 48 calories. This way I get to satisfy that craving/habit but am doing it with proper portioning so it isn't a problem 😊 it helps me aa lot and keeps me from going overboard like I would if I tried to avoid dessert entirely and then caved and binged on junk. Doesn't work for everyone, but it works well for me because I am better about the will power to have just one portion (but it's three individually wrapped pieces that kind of drags it out and makes it feel more satisfying like you're getting more of it 😉) than I am about the willpower to not have any 👍 maybe it could help 🤷‍♀️

Also found out some stores do one checkout lane candy/junk free to make things easier on people who are dieting or have little kids who will bug them. Nowhere around me does, but I think that's nice some places do!
