No change in eating habits. Since it's not a "diet" to lose weight, but rather a permanent change in what I eat, it's not necessary to return to my old way of eating. I like the simplicity of that. I've had no additional weight loss. My body wants to stay at 110, which is O.K. with me. I feel well, except for FMS, and comfortable with my body.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
