I guess it's better than actual coke but some studies have shown diet soda and a contributor of weight gain. Don't get me wrong I drank diet soda for years but gave it a few years back.

Diet Mt Dew is the only kind I drink. I limit myself though . Try to drink mostly water.

"Google" I suppose, everything is there jaja. And there is always a person who believes everything he sees or hears. Right now I am dealing with a family member who wants to get rid of the cat because the news are saying that cats can get the coronavirus. People misunderstand things 🤦🏽‍♀️

Most studies saying diet coke is bad in one way or another is correlational. Obese people are more likely to have health problems and more likely to drink diet coke.

No no no. I mean obese people are already more likely to have health issues. These studies are blaming diet coke for maladies that may have happened anyway

Diet sodas are no contributors of weight gain. But because it taste like sugar you’re most likely to crave sugar later on. Just it allows you to not drink your calories. Sugar(real of fake)is an addiction, the less you have it the less you want it

I'm sooooooo addicted to diet coke. If loving it is wrong I don't wanna be right. I limit myself to one 16 oz a week though.
