Two days in a row I have over ate! My son and his gf were here. Ordered pizza. Need I say more. It was good!! Picking up the pieces and moving on. I had let myself get very hungry. I need to work on eating slower. Maybe I wouldn't have shoved all that in my mouth. Time to hoop and stationary bike.
