Not sure what to put as daily normal calories burned. Been at my new job for a year now. I deliver and install major appliances. Involves lifting and moving fridges, washers etc and some driving during the day. I haven't exercised at all over the last year except for walking the dogs a few times a week, but my arms have definitely gotten bigger and I know I am stronger all over. Still have my damn gut tho...
