So happy to actually be losing weight. Yesterday I ate a record 700 calories and didn't feel hungry at all. I'm still trying to stay at or below 1500 calories per day. It is going well so far.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
