UK cats's Journal, 08 July 2013

A call out to my FS buddies and anyone who has ever tried the Military Diet: Have you tried it? How did you do? Does it work? Does the weight stay off or do you lose mostly water weight? I am going to attempt it for the next 3 days to see if it will jump start my metabolism. Wish me luck and prayers for my husband and son that I'm not too grumpy by day 3!

Actually my daughter is in the canadian Forces...she did try it, and yes it works as it depletes your body and makes the metabolism crank up...temporary though as you are warned not to do it for more than a few days or week.....not a long term solution, just a backup leading to increased training, not something that civilians can maintain, or anyone in a normal life,,,,let me know how it works for you.
