Starting Tuesday I'll be hitting the gym. I'm going to cut down on my carbs and see what happens in 4 weeks.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
