I really went over today. Some different life events occurred that I was a part of celebrating which is why there is cake, cookies and frozen yogurt on my food journal for today. Definitely not a regular thing to have those all the time in those quantities.

I hate when that happens. I am starting to think that everyday has some special element to it that excuses eating junk. LOL

Well, I was doing good and staying under my calories even with all the work celebrations. It was after dinner when a friend asked to go get fro-yo cause she needed to get out. That did me in!
