You just grater the cauliflower, add whatever seasoning you would like and depending on how much cauliflower you grated crack and egg or two then mix. Then you form in the pan cook on each side for about 3 minutes on high, flip and add the cheese

thank you. i did find some good recipes but yours looks really thick but i guess thats 2 pieces. i thought it was one big really thick piece at first. i was just thinking some bacon would probably be really nice too

I like it thin and crispy but you can make it thicker just add more time to cook each side

I'm obsessed to try this! I put it in my food diary for this week. i love sweet pickles with my grilled cheese so I'm going to make keto sweet pickles this week to go with them! ready in one hour and keep for 3 weeks
