Day 2: Down today from what I was yesterday. Yesterday I weighed in at 178.6 and today I am 177. I know that the scale is not where I want it to be, but it is moving and in the right direction. Started my day out right and had my protein shake. Now to control the cravings and keep my calories to 1200 today. I have a pasta meal planned for dinner and it is only 270 calories per serving. It is that one pot wonder that has been floating around Facebook. Figured that I would try it. I will have a tuna pouch steak with it also, for the protein that I need. All the junk is out of the house. Hubby ate the last of the cake last night, no ice cream in the freezer and nothing really too bad in the pantry. I can do this!
