I made it through my first week on the Atkins diet, and once the sugar crash was over I perked right back up! I also lost 9 Lbs last week and had to check two or three times on the scale this morning to make sure it was right. It took me a few days to really get those carbs down below 20 but the last three days I have finally done it. On Sunday I made the best pumpkin cheesecake I had ever had. I skiped the crust. I made it very low carb. My entire family was just raving over it and it was so great that I actually got to eat a piece of it. I am glad I found this website, it has been of so much help for me. *smiles*
